The Rexon Performing Ponies Show Team amazed crowds at the sea side town of Aberaeron in West Wales during the Festival Of The Welsh Cob. Trevarth Black Lad went back to his ancestral homeland as a representative of the Welsh breed. Accompanied by Miniature Shetland Rexon Tobermory, Black Lad showed the crowds that the spectacular enthusiasm and spirit of the welsh cob is underpinned by intelligence and dedication.

"STALLIONS ROCK & ROLL - Family Display Team Thrill The Crowds With Their Amazing Dancing Horses" (Western Morning News) Link: Western Morning News ArticleThe team headed by chief trainer and handler Rachael Grylls hit the County show circuit and wowed the audience with a Rock & Roll theme at their Devon County Show debut with Trevarth Black Lad.
Spectators were also treated to an upbeat performance of the chart topper Reach For The Stars, which also starred Miniature American Ponies Rexon The Graduate and Buckaroo Cumulus Nimbus, along with co-trainer Kaylee Blight, Rachael's 6 year old daughter Angelina, and 7 year old Jason Grylls.

Spooners & West Dartmoor Hunt Country Show
Fabulous performances from the team were enjoyed by all at the Spooners & West Dartmoor meet.
The Rexon Stud Stallions performed to choreographed displays aimed at demonstrating what can be achieved with equines through patience and understand.

The spotlight fell on the Rexon Stud's Welsh Section D stallion Trevarth Black Lad and his trainer Rachael Grylls as they wowed the crowd with a theatrical display to the musical Grease. The performing pair were also joined by Kaylee Blight in a Rock & Roll rendition featuring a 60's style motorbike and guitar.
The morning performance included further displays from the team with Miniature American horses and the younger members of the team!

Trevarth Black Lad Honoured In Welsh Pony & Cob Society Journal
Trevarth Black Lad's story of his appearance on stage in the Cardiff Millenium Centre was retold in the Welsh Pony and Cob Societies Journal. The stories emphasis on the trust and courage required for a flight animal to appear in such an alien environment.
